Great White Shark Bookings
Over 20% of sharks are close to extinction because of commercial fishing vessels who accidently trap sharks in their nets whilst trawling fish. Essentially, the bad reputation that sharks have has resulted in any conservation efforts being looked down upon. This is an unfortunate truth, as sharks are one of the world’s most majestic creatures. See for yourself by booking a diving trip with Shark Bookings. It will be a truly beautiful, eye-opening experience.

The biggest investments you could make
Purchasing a home is one of the biggest investments you could make. It costs decades of work, payments and alterations to transform it into the home you have always dreamed of. Something that you work so hard for and grow to love so much definitely needs to be protected. While home loans may secure your property purchase, anything could happen; rendering you unable to pay the necessary instalments on your home.

Knowing that anabolic steroids can negatively affect your body
Knowing that anabolic steroids can negatively affect your body should influence your choice as it will impact your future health. Your body’s ability to perform better can be achieved by following the right routine and training programmes. You can gradually build up your performance and will reach success based on your own capabilities, and that’s something to be proud of.
On the other hand, if you are aware how life cover can positively secure your loved ones’ future wellbeing, you should look into life insurance quotesthat will enable you to steadily ensure that they can also reach their financial goals when you are no longer there, and that’s something they’ll respect.

Frank.Net...Perfect for a busy life!
With so many Insurance companies, one really has to look at insurance
companies in detail to see if they really benefit you as an individual. I
recently did that and found that Frank.Net's life Insurance is perfect for me.
The benefits of investing in Life Cover from
Frank.Net are numerous:
- There is a simple and direct
telephonic application process ( perfect for me as I really don't have
time to sit in an insurance office trying to fill out application forms)
- There is NO paperwork - How
can you not love that?
- The products all have
affordable premiums based on your individual risk profile.
- Your beneficiaries can
receive up to R10 million paid as a tax free lump sum
- You can increase or decrease
your cover to suit your changing circumstances - which in my ever changing
world is perfect!
I live an extremely busy life, I know most people say that but a good
day for me is a 15 hour day. So when I did a bit of research on Life insurance and found Frank.Net...I
knew this company was for me.
Check them out. If your life is as busy and crazy as mine...They could

"Green" accommodation in Durban
In today’s world there is an increasing awareness of climate change and
people’s contribution to it, leading to a global effort to cut back on
our carbon footprint and harmful environmental impact. By choosing to
stay in an eco-friendly hotel, you can contribute towards a greener,
more sustainable future, while enjoying luxurious, beautiful
accommodation and a healthier lifestyle.
An eco-hotel is defined as a hotel or accommodation which prioritises implementing environmental improvements to its structure and the way that it operates, in order to decrease its carbon footprint and effect on the environment.
The environmentally friendly establishment encourages ‘green living’ by practising key lifestyle choices, such as using non-toxic cleaning agents, actively using renewable energy sources, using energy-saving lighting, serving organic and locally produced cuisine and collecting storm water for use around the establishment, etc.
Durban is one of South Africa’s most beautiful holiday destinations, renowned for its golden beaches, water sports, warm climate and gorgeous scenery. Luscious, vivid green sugar cane fields meander up the mountains and hills, while the pristine beaches stretch on for miles, under the sunny blue sky. This is a place where a considerable effort is being made to preserve the exquisite natural surroundings and there are numerous eco-friendly Durban hotels to choose from.
Karkloof Spa-Wellness and Wildlife Retreat hosts the most expansive eco-friendly spa in Africa and lies within a 3,500 hectare game reserve, boasting picturesque scenery. The area is home to a variety of terrains housing an abundance of wildlife, including buffalo, black and white rhino, hippo and wildlife. The 5-star boutique lodge incorporates 16 stylishly-appointed villas, while the spa offers 17 tranquil treatment rooms to choose from.
Local communities were employed in the lodge’s construction and the establishment was built using only natural, eco-friendly, locally produced materials, including quarried stone and non-toxic paint. Grey water is recycled through the wetlands, back into the eco-system and all the toilets have a dual flush system in place to save water. All the establishment’s products are bio-degradable and the abundance of indigenous trees shading the lodge helps to lessen the amount of energy used for air-conditioning.
Mackaya Bella Guest House boasts a superb indigenous garden offering a serene getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. The spacious rooms are well-equipped and elegant, with décor which continues the delightful garden theme. Named after an indigenous shrub found in the wetter parts of Kwa-Zulu Natal, this is a guest house which prioritises environmentally responsible tourism. All organic and inorganic waste is recycled, while water is conserved and energy saving lighting and appliances are utilised.
Durban is a magnificent setting which plays host to a number of superior, eco-friendly establishments, which offer world-class facilities and luxury while also focusing on green living and supporting a sustainable future.

Now is a good time to invest in a property to rent
Demand for properties to rent is at an all-time high, according to
Glenda Taylor, Director of Greeff Rentals. “It’s an excellent time to
invest in a property to rent, as you are unlikely to struggle to find a
tenant,” adds Taylor.
“Now is the optimal season to buy a property to rent out to the student market,” says Mike Greeff, CEO of Greeff Properties, an exclusive Affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate. “From September onwards, parents start seeking to secure accommodation for 2013 for their varsity going children, so apartments and small houses close to UCT in Rondebosch, Mowbray and Rosebank are excellent investment options and unlikely to depreciate in value as the demand is constant and growing ,” says Greeff. “Claremont properties, close to the Jammie Shuttle are particularly sought after too, and those with excellent security are usually snapped up first,” adds Greeff, whose top choices include the brand new Herschel, where a two- bedroom apartment is currently fetching R10 000 per month and Intaba, where a one- bedroom apartment fetches R6 500 per month and a 2 bedroom apartment, R9 500.
“We have families with school-going children on waiting lists to find homes in the Southern Suburbs, so buying a house near a school is an excellent move,” says Glenda Taylor, adding that rentals for basic houses in Claremont, Rondebosch, Newlands and Kenilworth, offering two bedrooms and up range from R8 000 to R20 000.
Buying to rent in Kirstenhof, Tokai, Bergvliet, Plumstead and Wynberg is an equally good bet according to Greeff. “Obviously rentals vary widely depending on area, accommodation and security offered and the condition of the home, particularly the kitchen and bathrooms, but a comparative analysis of rentals being achieved in the vicinity of your property is vital if you’re planning to buy as an investment. Your estate agent should be able to help you with this information,” says Greeff.
Greeff is currently managing over 400 rental properties in the Southern Suburbs. Examples of rentals being achieved by Greeff Rentals division include: A two bed cottage in Kirstenhof for R5 500 per month, a three-bedroom home with pool in Diep River for R9 000, a one -bedroom apartment in Wynberg Chelsea for R9 000, a two- bedroomed garden flat in Rondebosch for R6 200, a three-bedroom house with a pool and tennis court in Constantia for R25 000, a three- bedroomed home with pool and small garden on Steenberg golf estate for R35 000 per month and a four- bedroomed, furnished home in Bishopscourt for R65 000 per month.

Reasons to Love Camps Bay
The luxurious Camps Bay is a popular place for holidaymakers and Cape
Town locals alike; it’s the dream to have either a permanent home in
Camps
Bay or a luxury second home, purely for holidays. It offers some of the best Cape Town self catering accommodation available in the entire area; it is sought after by millions and owned by a handful. It’s no surprise therefore, that there are many reasons to absolutely love Camps Bay.
It’s a Beautiful Beach
There are few places in the world this beautiful; this pearly white beach is world famous and offers anyone amazingly lazy days where a comfortable beach chair and a perfect view is what you have to look forward too. The beach is busiest during the hot summer months from December to March. When lazing around on the beach why not rent a beach chair and buy a “lolly to make you jolly” from one of the numerous ice cream boys walking the beach; Camps Bay offers day after day of beach fun.
Nothing Blocking Your View
Camps Bay has no big malls and no other big buildings whatsoever; this means that the wonderful views of the mountains and the gorgeous sea are
unobstructed and you can feel that holiday-feeling all day long. The community takes great care to keep Camps Bay exactly the way it is, with no high buildings or skyscrapers.
Centrally Situated
It can’t simply just be explained exactly how perfectly Camps Bay is situated; while on the one hand you are in a dream world of beach bliss and adventure, on the other hand you are only five minutes away from the City of Cape Town and all its amenities. This is one of the most famous cities in the world and there are loads of attractions and activities to choose from. The wonderful V&A Waterfront is also close by where you can shop until you drop and enjoy some fine South African dining.
Table Mountain
Need we say more? The one-of-a-kind mountain is Cape Town’s pride and joy and can be seen from everywhere in town and from Camps Bay and Clifton. It is a constant reminder of how beautiful Cape Town is and of how special this place, full of possibilities and pride, is.
There are, of course, many other reasons to love Camps Bay and for those who call it home, they’ll simply tell you, you need no reason to love Camps Bay anyway. Next time you find yourself wondering which luxury Cape Town accommodation to use on your trip why not opt for Camps Bay?
